This webinar covers the benefits/costs of arbitration, choosing arbitrators and arbitration service providers, and best practices for drafting arbitration agreements in the employment context. Speakers also examine developing issues of law regarding arbitration, including the federal Ending Forced Arbitration of Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment Act, class action waivers, and mass arbitration. Disputes with both non-exempt staff and physicians are also discussed.
