The last year has served as an inflection point for diversity, equity and inclusion efforts by corporate America. The entertainment and sports industries have led this charge by highlighting the need for greater diversity behind the scenes in TV and film, challenging representation at Hollywood award shows and confronting sports teams are committing their time and resources to move the needle, analyze what is working and identify the areas where improvement remains. Additionally, we will discuss how to capitalize on the movement versus the moment, and how Black professionals and creatives will preserve and foster this momentum when returning to the physical workplace.
