Join Southwestern Law School's Biederman Entertainment & Media Law Institute on Thursday, January 28 at 7:30pm PST as MSK Partner Mark Hiraide discusses raising capital for entertainment deals with an emphasis on the recent changes to the equity crowdfunding rules.
