On April 19th, Adam Levin, Emma Luevano and Steve Rossi hosted a webinar on "Inclusion Riders." In the midst of the #MeToo and Time’s Up movements, Hollywood is now grappling with requests for “inclusion riders,” contractual provisions mandating diversity among cast and crew. This webinar addressed the legal issues raised by such provisions and the permissible scope of voluntarily-adopted diversity and inclusion initiatives.
