Matt Mardesich is a Labor &  Employment associate in MSK's Los Angeles office. Matt represents employers in employment matters including single plaintiff discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wage and hour claims, class action wage and hour claims, and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) actions. He also represents employers in unfair labor practice proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), in NLRB representation elections and RM petitions, and in collective bargaining negotiations.
