Legal Expertise
Aharon Kaslow is an associate attorney in MSK's Labor & Employment practice group. He represents clients across a wide range of industries and in all phases of litigation, from pre-trial strategy to appeals. Aharon specializes in handling complex commercial litigation, employment disputes, and white collar matters in state and federal courts, as well as advising clients in internal investigations, pre-litigation and pre-indictment.
Aharon is also deeply knowledgeable of Native American law. He has advised tribal entities on regulatory issues, resolved disputes concerning tribal affiliation pre-litigation, and is a lineal descendant of the Ione Band of Miwok Indians.

- Counsel for financial institution in trade secret dispute where former employee was alleged to have misappropriated key trade secrets. Preliminary injunction awarded. W. Bank v. Shanker, No. 20-CV-07364-WHO, 2021 WL 3112452 (N.D. Cal. July 22, 2021).*
- Counsel for Native American Professor regarding defamation and tortious interference by Native American tribe. Dispute settled on favorable terms.*
