Legal Expertise
Genevieve Javidzad is an associate in Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp’s Labor & Employment Practice Group. Genevieve has experience representing clients in the Media & Entertainment and Video Game industries in Labor & Employment, Intellectual Property, and commercial litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Genevieve explored her passion for law and justice in college by working at law firms, serving as President of the Pre-Law Society, and serving as a Justice on UCLA’s Judicial Board, the judicial branch of the student government. During law school, she served on the Moot Court Honors Board, researching constitutional and cyber-crime law to develop the case problem for UCLA Law’s Annual Cyber Crimes Competition.
While working as a Summer Associate at MSK, Genevieve obtained her Law Student Certification from the California State Bar and successfully argued a motion in court on behalf of a client.
