Metalitz Examines Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement (ACTA) Provisions

MS&K Intellectual Property Partner Steven Metalitz was quoted extensively in a July 1st Broadband.com article regarding recent changes suggested to the international Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement (ACTA) by a coalition of 10 tech companies and rights groups.  Metalitz, who represents some of the world's largest content and software providers, believes the proposed changes would render copyright enforcement online ineffective.
