Marc Mayer Contributes Chapter to "Computer Games and Virtual Worlds: A New Frontier in Intellectual Property Law"

Intellectual Property Partner Marc Mayer co-authored "International Considerations of Virtual Worlds," in the recently released American Bar Association book "Computer Games and Virtual Worlds: A New Frontier in Intellectual Property Law."  Mr. Mayer's chapter explains the international enforcement of intellectual property rights involving conduct occurring within or via a virtual world.
