Glucoft Discusses HR Challenges Presented by Reverse Outsourcing

MS&K's Immigration Group Chair, Frida Glucoft, was quoted in the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Newsletter regarding immigration issues involving reverse outsourcing.  Ms. Glucoft assured foreign companies concerned about obtaining H-1B visas, enabling their nationals to go to the U.S. and supervise the reverse outsourced teams, that there is no shortage of H-1Bs at this time and offered suggestions.
