- MS&K Labor & Employment Partner Allen Gross was quoted in Metal Business News Service regarding the recent US Supreme Court decision to overturn a NLRB ruling that compelled New Process Steel LP to honor a 2007 labor agreement with the International Association of Machinists. Although the Court's ruling opens the door for other cases to challenge the Board's decisions from January 2008 to March 2010 when it lacked the legislatively mandated quorum, Gross suggests not all will be overturned and cautions employers to consider the Board's current pro-labor leanings before pursuing challenges.
