Labor and Employment Associate - Los Angeles
Mitchell Silberberg and Knupp seeks a mid and senior level Labor and Employment Associate with significant labor and employment experience for the Los Angeles office. Our Labor group consists of 25 attorneys. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and writing skills, substantial employment litigation experience, including class actions and advice and counsel. Traditional labor experience would also be helpful. Outstanding academic credentials are required.

Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp seeks a mid-level Litigation Associate with 2-5 years of general litigation experience for the New York office. Our New York office consists of 9 attorneys. The successful candidate must have excellent analytical and writing skills, substantial experience handling litigation, including depositions. Knowledge of copyright and intellectual property law preferred. Outstanding academic credentials are required.
